“Of course we're going to give you a great review. Moving from out of state is a challenge. Patti, you were integral in making it work for us. Our process started, well. . .in Colorado. And not much more specific than that. We had no idea how wide an area we picked starting out. Beginning in Ft. Collins and then traveling counter clockwise down to Colorado Springs. We had only the vaguest of ideas as to what we wanted. With the incredibly broad parameters provided, you were patient as we went through our process of elimination. Providing guidance with knowledge of each area we explored, you helped us to hone our geographical criteria. That was the first step.
