Her deep knowledge of the metro Denver area allowed her to introduce us to communities we would have never found on our own. She took the time to filter through new listings and only forwarded those that met our criteria. Once we settled on two communities where we wanted to buy, she sent out mailings soliciting sellers. When that didn't work she followed up with a hand written note.
